Trouble logging in with email, Google, or Apple? Reset your password from the sign-in screen, or email us if you're still locked out.
Joining a team or organization
Ask your club or league admin for an invite, or search for your organization from the sign-up screen. Join requests need admin approval before you get access.
Highlights & video
Uploaded videos are processed automatically — this usually takes a few minutes. If a video gets stuck in processing, email us with the team name and upload time.
Payments & registration
Registration and subscription payments are handled securely through Stripe. For refunds or billing questions, email us with your organization name.
Roles & permissions
What you can see and do depends on your role (player, coach, admin, guardian) set by your organization. If something looks locked that shouldn't be, check with your org admin first.
Luna
Luna is your private AI analyst inside the app. If Luna gets something wrong or you want to report an issue with an AI-generated highlight or suggestion, email us — we read every report.
