Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, joining an organization, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (a federation, club, league, or team), you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create your own account. Players under 13 (and under the applicable age of digital consent in their country) may only participate through an account created and managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized organization admin with verifiable guardian consent. See the Children's privacy section of our Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts & roles

The Service uses a hierarchy of roles — federation admins, club/league admins, coaches, players, and guardians — each with different permissions. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Admins are responsible for lawfully managing the data of members in their organization, including obtaining any required consents.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, or content that endangers a minor.
• Attempt to access data or organizations you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or bypass security or role controls.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train third-party models on our data.
• Misuse video, tracking, or recognition features to surveil or harm individuals.

5. Content & highlights

You (or your organization) retain ownership of the content you upload and of footage captured of your games. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, encode, analyze, and display that content solely to provide the Service — including recording games, generating highlights, applying jersey OCR and player tracking, and streaming clips. Publishing a highlight that features a protected minor requires the appropriate consent. Coaches and admins are responsible for reviewing and approving highlights before they are shared publicly. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for content you provide.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans and registration fees are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes. Except where required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable; registration refunds are governed by each organization's policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

7. AI features disclaimer

The Service includes AI features — including the Luna assistant, automated highlight clipping, jersey recognition, and player tracking. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided as an aid, not a substitute for human judgment. Coaches and admins should review AI-generated content (such as highlights and stats) before relying on or publishing it. Learn more about how we govern these systems in the Trust Center.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Firebase/Google Cloud, Vercel, Stripe, Mux, Resend, OpenRouter/Anthropic, and Cloudflare. Your use of features powered by these providers may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or fail to pay fees. On termination we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum League will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

13. Data Processing Addendum

Where we process personal data on behalf of your organization, our Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms and is available for organizations that need one for GDPR compliance.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
